During 2021–24, I served as an editor for The Mountain Astrologer magazine and social channels. And since 2004, I've edited and published hundreds of publications and technical documents for local governments.

I guide yoga classes in Seattle and strive to teach from a trauma-informed perspective.

My classes are influenced by my teachers, committed practice, and dedicated studies. I encourage the use of props to support the body, the breath to set the rhythm, and one's inner wisdom to guide the practice.

I’ve completed 200-hour trauma-informed training, and have specialized further with extended trainings in Yin, Restorative, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra. Additionally, I have studied hundreds of hours with esteemed teachers, diving deeply into the principles and philosophies of this ancient practice.

Reiki is universal life force energy. It is not bound by space and time. I am a reiki master practitioner trained in the Usui Holy Fire lineage.
