Astrology readings are an illuminating addition to parties, social events, team-building sessions, and more! They bring people together and spark unique conversations and insight.

My yoga workshops focus on the 8-limbed path and Samkhya philosophy, sometimes weaving in astrologicial wisdom of the ancient Hellenistic and early Medieval practices.

I’ve been holding events since 2023, some include:

• astrology workshops (participants learned how to decode their natal chart)

• yoga workshops (focusing on various aspects of 8-limbed path, Samkhya philosophy, and the wisdom of the stars)

• pop-up astrology events at local businesses (on-the-spot readings of various lengths, depending on need)

• readings for birthday gatherings (readings in a group environment, sometimes altogether and sometimes individually, depending on focus and need).

I guide yoga classes in Seattle and strive to teach from a trauma-informed perspective.

My classes are influenced by my teachers, committed practice, and dedicated studies. I encourage the use of props to support the body, the breath to set the rhythm, and one's inner wisdom to guide the practice.

I’ve completed 200-hour trauma-informed training, and have specialized further with extended trainings in Yin, Restorative, Pranayama, Chair, and Yoga Nidra. Additionally, I have studied hundreds of hours with esteemed teachers, diving deeply into the principles and philosophies of this ancient practice.
